SHIPPING POLICY

Our aim is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers in the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Due to Covid-19, fulfilment and shipping will take longer than usual. For shipping to the rest of Europe, please allow an extra 5 working days to receive your order in addition to processing and shipping time.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent out for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Express shipping will take 2-3 business days. Please note an order of multiple items may come in separate deliveries.

RETURNS POLICY

Please allow a maximum of 7 days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 days have passed, please contact us to review the status of your order. Our customer service team will be sure to resolve this as best as they can. For shipping to the rest of Europe, please allow an extra 5 working days to receive your order in addition to processing and shipping time.

Returns: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns are granted if you received your item damaged or broken. The refund does not cover any shipping costs to return items. 

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, your funds will be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days. If
you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
